Our formulas are designed to be gentle and suitable for all skin types. However, everyone’s skin is unique, so we always recommend patch testing before full use.
3. Can I use L&H Skincare products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are made with natural, botanical-based ingredients. However, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before introducing new skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
4. Where are your products made?
All of our products are made right here in Australia 🇦🇺
5. What skin type are your products for?
Our launch range is designed to be suitable for all skin types — lightweight hydration and gentle formulas for everyday use.
6. Do you offer returns?
We don’t accept returns for change of mind, but if your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund (see our Shipping & Returns Policy for details).
7. How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
