Due to the personal nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at lhskincare25@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your package.
Include your order number, photos of the item, and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
